The staff at the hotel were very helpful and provided us with plenty of information about the local area. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to a beautiful square and within walking distance of the bus station. Another advantage of the hotel was the comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
The soundproofing of the rooms was not the best, as we could occasionally hear scooters and bin collections from the surrounding area at night. there was a building site opposite the hotel which caused some noise during the day.

During my xmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious 3 bed room and the accompanying bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing me with a useful city map. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main attractions and within a pleasant walking distance from the train station and the ferry terminal. I loved the coffee corner at the entrance, which allowed me to grab a warm beverage whenever I wanted.
The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could occasionally hear scooters passing by at night and the nearby bin collections were quite lengthy.
